120 series with sovereign bar... how do I get at the washer bottle?

Hi all, sorry I know this has probably been covered before but I have been searching for days and come up empty....
anyway, I suspect my washer bottle motor may be slightly clogged as I have purchased some hilux washer jets (thanks to all for this ) and they don't have a full fan of water and water doesn't start coming out of them till the wipers themselves have made 1 sweep of the windscreen.

I have had a look under the bonnet and under the car but the bulbar seems to be covering the bottle itself....
does this mean I have to remove the bulbar to get to it?
I really hope not
