Hi all,
I have just returned from a trip to Iceland, and let me tell you, they love their 4wds.
But in a completely different way to us in Oz or anywhere for that matter.
They use their 4wds like we do for touring and stuff but their idea of a tour involves traversing a glacier.
There are a number of glaciers there ranging in size, biggest is about 90km wide and it is their playground.
But to get up there you need a special 4wd and there are thousands of them driving around and they are huge.
You've probably seen them before on telle or top gear but there are so many I was blown away.
So i had to snap pics of the best ones, tho not all, that I saw.
I have no idea what they cost to build but the tyres alone must make it expensive.
Let alone the body work and suspension work.
And I was surprised to see lots of prados. They love em.
