I understand, who wants to work for free? It don't pay the bills, so unless there is appreciation shown as a reward, then it has to be considered.
Nobody knows how much time they have left, Some people have illnesses, & they do know what they have left is valuable.
Then they realise they have better things to do, like race cars, shoot up stuff, go bush or whatever you like.Comment
