      I was with CIL with no problems but now they are part of AAI Suncorp.
      If you damage your awning on a shop front in Queensland(or anywhere for that matter) you are not covered as it happens too often. They expect you to use your car trailer cover usually $200.
      Also contents cover needs to be on car as well as caravan to make a claim.
      Went with RAC WA, no excess, had a fight with a tree near Caiguna, didn't have to report till arrived home as no time limit to submit unless involving another party.
      Repairs being done next month at a time to suit me and repairer suggested by Jurgens.

        My parents caravan was written off on Monday . They are with Racq , & payment amount was finalised on Thursday. Only took that long as confirmation was needed on car being a write off. He's happy with the payout amount. Racq will not insure for more than 100k

          Good to hear insurance wasn't painful to deal with Matt, makes the crappy situation a bit easyer to deal with.
