Hi all . Anyone know how to contact people re a trip down the Hay River track next September . My wife and I are looking for a few more vehicles to do a 3 week trip . Thanks . Michael

So you are just looking for people to travel with and not info on track permits?
I guess posting on forums is a good start, so you have that one covered Otherwise joining a 4wd club is a good option, most clubs are always looking for trip leaders and often getting people to follow is the easy part.
We have hopes of doing the Hay River early next year, but we will be doing it solo.

Because of the permit system Joel should know who is doing the track and when, if you could arrange to leave a day or so before another group travelling the same way you have some backup if things go pear shaped. Not a cast iron guarantee but it should give a bit of piece of mind if you know someone is travelling close behind you.
