Don't want to alarm you, but I recently had to replace an electronic key fob for my Toyota Kluger. It cost $600 to get a new key fob reprogrammed to my vehicle.

Just looking at my replacement invoice, it was: $374.31 for the Fob, $74.29 for the key itself and $40.91 for coding to the vehicle. Apparently trade, thankfully i didnt foot the bill.
