When you get it let us know how you get on with the essentials in life such as parking in a supermarket carpark and driving into a drive in bottle shop.

Went to a place in Adelaide on the way to the GTG and they were selling the F-trucks, Chev, GMC and Dodge Ram. They start at $145K. The F-truck drinks more than the others, about 2 or 3 litres per 100k more but when you're drinking in the high 20s then it's really nothing to be concerned about if you can afford the rig in the first place.

My neighbour has put a duramax, auto and GVM upgrade into a Patrol. Cost him a little over $50K (plus the Patrol). His Prado is currently parked under a fruit tree in the back yard.

I went to Canada recently and the cost of those trucks over there are about $50000 with the dodge ram being the better out of the Dodge, GMC and Ford.

More reliable? *Snigger.* More than 1 million recalls on 2015/2015 models?

                    http://www.autoblog.com/2015/09/10/t...on-pickups-us/

Hope the ones they import aren't the ones with the defective suspensions that haven't been repaired yet..

"In addition, owners of several models of Dodge and Ram trucks must be offered the option to sell their vehicle back to Fiat Chrysler if their vehicles were recalled for defective suspension parts and have not yet been repaired."

Bugger. You have ripped my heart out, maybe its back to the drawing board then. The vehicle showed soo much promise with lower emissions than a VW Golf.......

Sorry man. Gotta be cruel to be kind

(To be fair they're fairly minor issues unless youre a rear seat passenger and need the airbags..)
