Yeah, looks like it's catch can time or EGR clean.
Perhaps your turbo is leaking oil past it's shaft seals and pushing it into the i/c, thence into the inlet. If you pull the intercooler off you might find it full of oil/soot/sh*t.
It looks like you have a 120 series? Mines a 95 so I don't have EGR like yours, the 90's simply run the rocker cover pipe to the inlet of the turbo, hence all the cr@p just gets blown into the i/c., so catch can is the go there. I believe yours has some sort of EGR system which may be blocked, in which case someone who has a KZJ120 will be along shortly and can advise on how to clean it out or maybe point you at a thread. How many K'ms?

It happens. Not uncommon. As they get higher Klm's, more blow by, also if someone has not put the clamp back correctly, damaged duct?Originally posted by nicprado View PostNeed help tofind out whether its an egr valve or something else can someone pl help this problem
Turbo could be on the way out, seal as mentioned above, but not necessarily.
Pull intercooler off & have a look.
Egr block vacuum line if you wish.
