I saw this the other day. Very promising. About time a V6 diesel made it back to the 4wd market.
2007 GXL V6 - ARB Bullbar with LED lights, snorkel, extractors, 2 1/4" dual exhaust, K&N filter, dimpled/slotted rotors, headrest dvd players, Ebay Satnav/reverse camera, GME 3100TX, Tigerz11 Side awning on custom brackets with Maxtrax mounts, 300W Invertor, ARB Underbody protection, Lightbar and STZ 265/70 tyres.
Wish list in order I'll get them: Sliders, 2" lift, E-locker, Winch bar with winch.

Will look closely at this. Or just tune my 3TD to produce almost the same output.

Will be high on my list for a replacement for my 120!, they are a great ute from all reports, i just wasn't keen on the small 2 litre engine, V6 will sort that!

agree - they sound very appealing particularly in manual.

          Lift your game Toyota!

I read an article saying that it has 20inch rims due to needing 17inch brake disc. So I doubt there would be much 4wd involved. I wonder how readily available decent 20inch offroad tyres would be

About the same as they are now, Cooper, Mickey Thompson, BFG, Yokohama, Toyo

All make low profile LT a/t tyres. Just be prepared to pay $500 each.

What about the Navara/Pathfinder with the V6 diesel 170kW/550Nm? Didn't sell in big numbers and discontinued in the NP300.

I met a couple in the NQ Savannah and they were towing a 2.3t van with one, old matey said it was a great tow vehicle, plenty of power and torque...when it was going! Apparently the electrics are a shocker from Brisbane to there he had three visits to Nissan dealers, maybe be why they are no ,ore.
