Anyone done it?
I bought a Rhino side boat loader and the fittings it comes with to mount to the existing car roofrack is for a 40mm dia round bar. The ARB bar size I have on my car is 26mm dia.
I've emailed Rhino racks to see if they make the fitting for different sizes, I suspect they don't so I won't hear back from them. My gut instinct is to go to clark rubber and try and bush out the ARB bar from 26mm to 40mm. That way I can use all the fittings that came with the kit.
Can anyone see any issues with this approach?
