Over payment

I overpaid my subscription by not realising I had an auto Paypal sub. I paid again through Paypal.

My beef is that I have sent two messages now requesting a refund of one of them and have not received a reply.

Come on get it together!

Hi Terry, I have been in hospital and have only just had a chance to get to this. You have been refunded the second amount.
