Change incoming ringtone

Hi all, (first time poster!)
I have a 2009 Kakadu which I love.
But when an incoming call comes through, the ring (from the car) is a high pitched ring that is v. annoying. (read: earsplitting).
Can I change the ring to something else? Even if I can get it to ring the same as the ringtone on my actual phone would be good.
Here's hoping all you Prado gurus out there have a fix for me!

Bot sure about the ringtones however, manual for 2007 GXL says to lower ringtone adjust it while the phone is ringing and it will remain at that level.
That might help your eardrums.

The tone too can be reset and instructions are in handbook.
