Intermittent rough idle from Engine

Has anyone had an intermittent rough idle when you pull up at lights, or what I have noticed is going around roundabouts or down a range around right hand corners? Toyota want to do the seats and seals on my Prado as they think it may be them. I was thinking like it could be something else. Anyone have an idea on what it could be or have you had the same issue?

It would help a little (well a lot really), if you stated what model Prado and what engine.
