I'm unsure of what the sound is but Piggy's highlighted the correct area I believe. A loose belt even can produce a constant noise that I can't describe in words. Can kind of sound like the engine is supercharged. As an innitial process of elimination push down on the longest belt and see if it feels a tad loose. The belts should be fairly tight. Depending on the belt they usually only giving up about 7-9mm of sag when 10kg of force is applied or thereabouts.
