Drivers fusebox

Just throwing this out there and at the risk of getting flamed is anybody able to confirm the drivers side under dashboard fusebox exists in a 2016 GXL 2.8D?

My manual says I have 2 x fuseboxes and I have been into the one under the bonnet but the other one has me stumped. Im trying to access the CIG fuse

its currently raining so havent got under there to check yet - but on some Toyotas the fuse boxes are mounted upside down horizontally not vertically as you would expect. , use a mirror to look for any white covers with labelled fuses.
