Fitting instructions and fitting diagram for genuine Toyota 120 Series Prado towbar

Hi, I'm seeking fitting instructions and electronic copy of fitment diagram for installation of Toyota genuine 120 series towbar. Does anyone know whether rear door still opens when a trailer etc attached to tow ball? And/ or are there better tow bar options [that don't reduce departure angle]. Thanks for any assistance.

If I had my time again I would fit a Hayman Reece towbar.
