I'm not sure but with most of the changes being superficial then I would guess it would be in the same position.

It will be a 150 mkIII (2nd facelift). As the vehicle will pretty much still be the same.

Does the tow bar remain the same? Will it hang below the rear bar?

180 might come late next year. Look at the 120 series and then it had a facelift and the following year the 150 series was released.
