Spare wheel carrier

Hey guys, im looking for a new spare wheel carrier and ive been told they are the same for the 120 and 150 series. Could someone please measure theirs and send me the hole centres.
My 2009 150 series gx is approx 155mm x 320mm but ill attach a photo.
Ive contact AMTS4X4 about getting one after a few recommendations but they told me they only do the spacer, not the mount itself.

Also i added this thread in general as im asking for both 120 and 150 series measurements. Sorry to admins if it shouldnt be here.

The bolt centres aren't the issue. The distance from the door to the wheel mounting surface could be different. What offset are the rims you have?
