  • Queensland Tourism

I was really unsure where to put this so mods please move if needed.

Is someone able to please direct me towards Queensland Tourism Department? I am after an organisation like Tourism SA who will be able to send me packages on different areas telling what to visit. I have found lots on tourism in Queensland but have not been able to fine a state government run organisation that will just give me information and not try and sell a particular package.
    thanks in advance

Thanks Hutch, but that seems to be more aimed at business. I have spent a heap of time searching but have not yet found a place like tourism SA where I can give them a ring or send them an email telling them where we are going and they will put together a heap of information and send it off. Maybe that doesn't exist in Queensland????? Thanks for the effort though.

There are heaps of websites that would provide further information either via email or send you brochures. Here's just a couple:

        http://www.destinationqueensland.com/

        http://www.outbackholidays.info/

        http://www.queenslandholidays.com.au/

Good luck with your searches...

Thanks very much ntpryce. I think the Queensland Holidays site is exactly what I was after. I was becoming increasingly frustrated not being able to find a site that should have been very straight forward to locate.
          Thanks again
          Scott

edit: that site has been very helpful, thanks
