A thank-you and show of support for the Pradopoint site Administrators and Moderators is in order.

In the months leading up to ordering my Prado in 2007, I came acros the Pradopoint forums and I think I've read every topic on this site (and not just for the 120 series).

The amount of relevant information has been invaluable and save me blood, sweat, tears and a fist full of dollars.

However, the Pradopoint web site wouldn't function without the work behind the scenes of a dedicated group of Administrators and Moderators.

I was sadened that there was a recent need for an e-mail to members reminding them of 'the Rules'.

The behaviour described in the e-mail was inappropriate and unacceptable.

It has moved me to create this topic as my way of showing appreciation to those doing the critical work that makes Pradopoint the excellent forum that it is.

You have my total support in expelling or suspending anyone whose conduct becomes offensive.

To all our Administrators and Moderators, a very big Thank-you for all the work you have done and continue to do.

Yeah! Good old Mods! Keep the good work going guys!

You really don't want to know what sort of hell unmoderated forums descend into. You get a small amount of Neanderthal-Fragwit Elitist Goons who like nothing more than creating havoc and filling the threads with abuse and stinking language. Pradopoint is a testament to good Moderation.

Mods can leave their 50 bucks in my inbox........ :lol: :lol: :lol:

I agree the admins do a great job on here !!!

In appreciation of all the good work you do and all the BS any internet mod needs to put up with, I will shout all the mods an e-beer.

Being the owner of a forum, I know just how difficult it is.

This cost's member's nothing, therefore there should be no complaints and those that complain for no good reason should be suspended for a month at a time.

Like the original poster, I have learn't so much and I thank the founder/s for that.

Have to agree with the sentiments already expressed. Good job fellas. I also was quite surprised at the abuse that was indicated and my first thought was "stuff them". Cannot understand why anyone would choose to berate a mod. Look forward to more learning via PP. Thanks guys.

As a member of many forums I have to say that this one is without any doubt my favourite place to while away an hour or two on most days. So much information and no rude offensive half-wits to worry about.
Heartfelt thanks to the owners and mods who do such great work.
Also thanks to all the members who so freely give of their time and knowledge (and always politely too). I hope that the time comes soon when I have the opportunity to return the favour and contribute something useful.
Anyone who cannot respect people for those efforts is free to leave and should be encouraged to do so.....by a single press on the "Ban Member" button!

Yep, Well done.

I was a little surprised that there was the need to send and email to all stating that this has happened.
People can have disagreements, but it is an internet forum, anyone and everyone can read that stuff, So it has to be clean, but if things were heated in a PM aimed at Mods, well,,, there has to be a line drawn. True, If you dont like how its done, dont look.

I've been sworn at for stating an opinion on what I thought to be over modding, but thats how some people get on.
I have been here since about day 3, Have seen this little forum grow to a big one.
Its lost its little town feel a bit, I cant keep up with the new posts now. But it still remains a very family safe forum, Top stuff I say.
And as it is still attracting new members it must be doing something right. And not just because it is based around the BEST 4BY out there...
