Thanks for 5he heads up .. I’ve got a jet boil burner for the milk not quite the same result pop a stainless steel flash in it and but a minute it’s ready
Got rid of our pod machine and use something very similar to the Avanti Classic Pro Espresso Coffee Maker. It tastes so much better than pods, there is real satisfaction in the process a bit like brewing a Billy of tea and most importantly you don't have pods to get rid of which are turning out to be an environmental disaster.

If you want decent coffee you need to grind your beans fresh every time, no matter how you make your coffee. I take whole beans and have a small hand grinder (Porlex) that does an excellent job and gives you a bit of an upper body workout as a bonus. You can adjust the grind to suit whatever brewing device you use.
Hey pajero , what a funny avatar name , yes the spanish love a good coffee almost more than the italians . for me a good coffee whilst camping makes up for any uncomfort or work or journey all is good with that coffee brew happening.
This is a deviation from the subject matter..”brewed coffee” but cut n pasted the text of this link and run it thru google Translate Bah hahahahaha ....... I am a pajero and I want to change.
.
imagine a spanish person who see s a Mitsubishi pajero on the road ha ha ,,,
Paja meens wank ,

no soy un pajero means im not a wanker ......
I dont think they would have sold many in spain and latin america , a supposed tough 4x4 called "wanker"" hahahaha!
And yes back to the topic,
i suppose even Mitsubishi drivers that have a car called wanker also enjoy italian coffee. i guess thats where this thread has found its place to .
I use the hario pour over with 800ml server pot
Its simple in that theres no cleaning required you just pull out the paper filter and chuck it away. I changed to this from an aeropress.
