Hi guys, I recently bought a Prado Snowy 1999, previous owner had installed a dual battery, and there is a power point inside the back of the car, I want to get a fride to plug in, but I am struggling to identify what kind of plug it is. Can anyone please help me? Cheers

Be careful as NSW and Vic standards were reversed.

Most of mine have been replaced with Anderson plugs or powerpoles.

As above low volt dc 12 volt... I have a Trailblaza freezer that runs 240/12 volt system and that’s the kind of plug it uses. They are not the cheapest option.. I think I paid $15 just for one end of the plug can’t recall which but it was 5he more expensive of th3 two.. personally I’d b3 swapping it for a flush mounted Anderson plus... less chance of it coming dislodged in transit2018 VX Prado

In my experience the vertical pin is negative but it could be either. Use a multimeter to find out. Also these have a habit of moving with vibration and causing arcing. I would change it for an Anderson plug or Anderson powerpoles. Genuine variety. My 150 build - http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread.php?27423-A-Random-approach-to-a-Bluestorm-150-GXL-D4D-automatic
