Add rear view camera to 2012 GXL

I would like to add a rear view camera to the 2012 Prado 150 GX/GXL. Mine is fitted with the standard audio system without a touch screen. I would like the solution to be as "Toyota'ish" as possible, if you get what I mean.

a. I would like the camera to be fitted into the rear-wheel area, just like the VX/Kakadu.
b. Can I fit the display of the Kakadu into the GXL? Is the display head unit already containing the radio, dvd, etc?
