Upgrade GX to GXL (visually)

Hi all,

recent purchase of a 2018 GX. Went with a GX because I dont qant 7 seats, or the extra stuff.

however, the gxl does look nicer (grill and for handles and mirrors)

has anyone made their GX look like a GXL?

I don't have any tips for how to make it look nicer, however, as a fellow GX owner I reckon your should "own it' :-) -- I almost prefer the black plastic handles and mirrors. I have to admit, the black plastic door sills look a bit cheap, and so does the grill.

Here is how you make the grill look better -- add a nice looking black bullbar :-).

I'll be installing some black TJM side steps too.

Chrome is so 2015. I wish I could swap my 2014 GXL chrome grill for a black one......Anyone?
