OK did the search thing and came up with nil, so new topic as it says how much is your rego cost?
Just recieved renewal for 2009 D4D 120 Prado $553.40 GST and CTP included (I think this cost is reasonable compared to what we used to pay in ACT); what are other states / terrotories charging at present? :?:

Mine came in recently for a 2006 model and the fee was $633 including CTP and GST

Thanks Nick, just weighing up where to move in the future and rego costs are a factor that has to be taken into account, especially when there is the Prado, caravan, trailer and 2 other cars to consider it all adds up.

Hopefully others will provide the other states rego / ctp costs.

Road Safety Levy $20.00
Motor Tax $115.00
MAIB Premium $332.00 (Third Party Insurance)
Duty $6.00

TOTAL $549.15 for 12 months

Probably not to bad after seeing NSW. This was 2009 rego so as usual would have gone up a bit.

Only real bitch I have in Tassie is you have to pay third party insurance on all registered items. I pay on the camper trailer and jetski trailer. Never seen a jetski trailer drive around by itself!

OK so looks like stay in NT or Tassie so far; NSW does not look good @ $1058:00 total / car, I think ACT for rodeo was other a grand 2 years ago :cry:

Well another for NSW- I paid mine yesterday. 2005 V6 Auto. 406 rego and 351 ctp. $757 total. So still more expensive than others. This is in Wollongong NSW

Thanks Frank strange that a feww hundred k's could make such a difference in price. I can understand ctp being different but thought rego would be standard across state unless signature035 is rego'ed business?

CTP with NRMA: $436.05

Grand total of $842.05.

$526.20 for licence and third party insurance for 2002 TD in March this year here in WA. Sounds pretty good compared to what some of you othersiders are paying :shock:

Just changed states Ex WA to QLD changed the wifes Prado over last Thursday ...
