Speed issue

I have vzj95r prado ive noticed while driving speed drops down then gos back up with no adjusment of the pedal also check engine light keeps coming on till car warms up i have ddone plugs fuel air filter cleaned air flow sensor anyone got any ideas

I know this might sound wierd, but I had a similar issue, which turned out to be alternator failure. Eventually the car would go into limp mode as the voltage continued to drop.
