Probably not. It is illegal, you'll likely have warranty issues, and your car will be spewing out cancer causing stuff that it doesn't need to.

No, simply No. Apart from the obvious legal aspect of it, deleting the DPF properly is not as simple as some would have us believe. And what about showing a little care for the environment, even if you don't believe climate change is it not better to plan for the worse and hope for the best. At worst running the DPF will use a minute amount more fuel and at best it helps the environment. I have children and I want them to have the opportunity to live and explore this great place we live in in the best condition it can be.
