Hi all my son in law got a 1999 Prado 24 valve and steering rack is leaking been quoted $1850 is it hard to replace many years ago used to be a mechanic. Any help would be great.

I had a similar issue (mine was found to be bent). Mechanic tracked down a refurbed genuine rack for about half the price (not sure where from sorry)2012 Prado GX. 2" Pedders lift with Nitto Grappler tires. Power Chip and Throttle Control, 3" exhaust, Safari Snorkel. BCDC Dual Battery Package. Next Install: Head Unit -
