Prado V6 engine shake

I have an 04 4L Prado, when I start the car the engine is fine, but when I engage reverse or drive the engine shakes a bit and isn't really smooth.

Once I start driving it's fine, but seems to be the low revs when I'm stopped at lights or parking. It's not really bad but I would like it fixed if not too costly.

Any ideas?

From past experience with other model vehicles, vibration in older cars is often related to failing engine mounts.

Does it happen with the AC turned on?
I notice mine has a mild shake when the AC compressor kicks in at idle. At 180,000km I'm wondering whether Im due to change the drive belt, idler pulley and related bearing on the front of the engine...

Its only at the lower RPM so i'm guessing its not engine mount, kinda feels like something else. When I turned the AC off it still happens.
