2019 VX Random questions

Hi everyone just a few random questions,

1. Why do the door mirrors point up when you select reverse?
2. Should both middle row seats tilt and slide to get access to 3rd row?
3. Has anyone added a DPCHIP? Do u notice the improvement in responsiveness?

Mirrors angle in and down when selecting reverse to improve rear vision, note you need to leave the mirror adjustment control on L or R for it to work.
