Hi All, Currently I am shopping for a new caravan.
My current van is 1500Kg loaded.
With my 2012 auto D4D 3L Prado, towing is a breeze EXCEPT for when i hit a steep hill. Then she really works hard to tow up steep inclines such as range crossing.
The new van will be 2000 - 2400 loaded depending on what i buy.
Just wondering if anyone has a similar setup?
I don't want to stress the engine too much, even though I am not exceeding the 2500Kg braked load capacity.
Other than hiring a heavier van I'm not sure what to expect when i buy one.
