power window with little power

I have a 1998 Prado. all of my power windows work. However the passenger side window will go done fine but when i try to close the window it goes maybe halfway, up then stops. if i wait 5 mins it will go up alittle then stop. this will go on for 20-30 mins.

so it works but not with full power

Any ideas?

Could be anything from missaligned window (hence binding), failing motor or mechanisim, wiring or connectors that are failing.
