Interior screen night mode not working

I have a 2017+ prado gxl and recently connected a stedi light bar with high beam harness being connected into the indicator stork. Since this the air conditioning controls and infotainment screen won’t go into night mode. I have checked the instrument cluster dimmer switch. Any ideas?

Remove the harness and see if problem disappears.

Have them disconnect it from auto high beam.
