Mounting Rear Facing Work Lights

Gday Folks,
Long time lurker, 1st time poster - Pls be gentle.
I have a 2014 GLX 3L TD and I'm wanting to mount a pair of rear facing work lights on the tow bar.
I'm after ideas on how to mount them as the tow bar is rounded as per photos.
2nd question - I assume drilling into the towbar will not cause any issues?

dont drill into it, that will weaken it and derate it. use a bracket off an existing bolt or something otherwise mount under rear of car thats what i do

Hi mate, a small hole like 5mm or a tek screw should be fine. Personally I’d mount it on a bracket off the spare wheel. That way it’s out of harms way and more likely to be useful as a work light too.
