Drivers side low beam won’t work but high beam does

Low and high beam work on passenger side but only high beam on the drivers side the fuse seems to be ok

Dud globe?

The globe has a high beam and low beam filament in it. When one breaks, the other will still work. Time to change the globe. I’d do both at the same time and pop the old one in the globe box for a spare.
