2018 Prado - Help identifying part with coolant leak.

Hoping someone can help identify this part in the picture. I have a very very slow coolant leak. You can see the pink colour from the leaking coolant. It does not seem to be the hose and I have double clamped the pipe to be sure. Looks like its coming from the join between part and pipe.
Specs: 2018 Prado GXL D4D 2.8L odo=~90k.

Looks like its the housing for the DPF 5th injector:

* On a 2018 it should be P/No 23295-11020 HOLDER, INJECTOR, NO.1

* The hose that you have double clamped is P/No 16281-11010 HOSE, WATER BY-PASS, NO.4.

I think this part is the water pump. pokedoku

No, as tommo says, it's the exhaust "5th" injector housing.
