Got an 80000k service due on my 120 V6 auto. Quote from Toyota was $998.....They say its a major service but it just all oils, plus, filters. That's it. No timing belt or anything I'd consider major. Be interested to see what others have paid.

but had a 2012 and 2010 150 Prado GXL auto diesel in Graphite with Bridgestone D697 A/T. Dobinson C59-300/325 and Bilsteins. Accessories : two baby seats. Sidewinder`s Dual Battery isolator and rear power outlet kit. Pirana Battery tray, Hayman Reese towbar with Toyota wiring kit and Brains`s guard.Comment

It's not exactly minor either:
Engine oil change, oil filter change, air filter change, Fuel filter change, spark plugs changed, brake fluid change, front diff oil change, rear diff oil change.... plus all usual service checks, add best part of 4 hours labour.
No timing belt on the v6, it's chain driven.
All this at dealer servicing premium rates..... it soon adds up.

I get mine done at Frankston Toyota but thank god i was on holidays up in Airlie beach when mine turned over the 80,000km mark because they charged me $645 for the service :PComment
