What do you lock your Trigg/Treg hitch with?

    What do you lock your Trigg/Treg hitch with?

    As the title suggests...????

    I bought one of these today but the pin is to thick for where I think it's supposed to go :?

    Hi Snaga, I simply put the tow pin through the hitch and put a decent padlock through the hole where the Lynch pin normally goes.

      G'Day Snaga,

      I have one of those and it fits through the tregg supplied pin okay.

      I cant find a picture of one locked. It goes through the hole in the T-Pin.

      If you have trouble I will take a photo of mine.

        I'll probably head back today and grab the pin/lock combo rather than just the lock.

              I thought of doing that... but with being so time poor at the moment for the sake of $10 I swapped it out for the Pin and Lock combination.

                Why? I have just used the lynch pin for the last 100 years. Is there something else I haven't been told about?

                  By lock I mean stopping people stealing the trailer... not just fastening it securely when attached.
