Well after 3 weeks of laying on my back with a lead light till all hours, riding the side steps at speeds of upto 5ok, riding the bullbar, hanging out the rear cargo door with my head down below the tow bar (thankgod there were no speed bumps) removing all the bash plates, guards, silicone spray and wd40 over anything that moved, filling the garden spryer up with soapy water and spraying each corner one at a time. My mate who is a mechanic and runs his own workshop he found the squeak ( I was ready to drive it off a cliff and wife was ready for divorce papers to be signed) He had a good laugh at me and what I had done !!! He asked me ""have you greased all the grease nipples, yes was my answer except one I couldnt get the right angle on it, he said thats not the problem (so sure of himself) I said well its the only thing that I havnt put silicone spray or wd40 or grease on, he said its not the problem. He pointed to the double cardinal joint directly behind the transfer case he said thats the problem I said but I have greased it all TWICE. He then pointed to a grease nipple that is hidden between the two universal joints, he wacked the air line onto the end of his grease gun (got to get myself one of them, brilliant boy do they fire the grease in) he then greased up this hidden grease nipple. He said take it for a run but because it wasnt making the noise all the time I was still not 100% convinced he had fixed the problem. Well that was on friday afternoon, as of today around 400k later still no noise so I guess he had a reason to be sure of himself, mongrel LOL. Anyway if you have a 95 series I suggest you stick your head under and make sure this is greased up. I will post a photo of the mongrel grease nipple if I can get the camera to focus on it properly. This is not shown in the gregorys manual either. He did admit to me that the only reason he was so quick to point it out as he had another 95 in not long ago and he said it was doing the same thing.I was worried it was doing damage and didnt want any problems on the GTG Thankyou everyone who put forward things to look for and suggestions was much appreciated including the pm's I received on possible things to look for, was giving me some hope of not fire bombing it LOL.Thanks again. Regards Steve and I better put my wifes name as well which is Kelly ................................

Re: Squeak Found And Fixed
Steve,
Congratulations mate! Man beats the machine once again.
Just a tip in case you havent seen them... I use a grease gun needle extender on my grease gun. Makes it a shit load easier to get to all the uni joints. Google Search Alemite lubrequip needle, they have a range. Sorry still havent worked out how to post pictures directly.
