  • Monaro Off Road Centre

I've recently been looking for an off road specialised service centre and found this one, the Monaro Off Road Centre in Queenbeyan.
Anyone had any experience with these guys (good and bad)?
Any other 4x4 service centres you would suggest around the ACT?

    Re: Monaro Off Road Centre

Queanbeyan Diesel is really good. In 2000 I was overseas when my wife was driving our 4runner TD on the Monaro HW when it did a radiator hose - heaps of steam and the wife thought she had cooked it. They came out at 5pm, worked out it was a hose and arranged a tow into the shop. As you would imagine my wife was in a real state with me OS and she thinking she had cooked it.

Replaced the hose, coolant and pressure test. Rang back, would you like us to replace the other hoses seeing as this one went. Yep. All good.

Cant get more honest service than that IMO!

Mate uses Hume Off Road and says Monaro Off Road is okay as well.

Both Hume and Monaro Off Road get the Thumbs up! they are the service providers of choice by a great deal of ACT 4WD owners and I am yet to hear a bad experience with them.

thanks for the replies, now the decision is to decide monaro or hume off road, google maps says they are both 19 minutes from where i live haha.
gonna give them both a ring.
