  • TOWING A VAN

Just wondering if anyone would like to share their thoughts about the towing of a 2t caravan with the D4D. Any recommendationas to use "D" or "S" mode. I would have thought the latter would stop the motor lugging and give you oportunity to use the engine breaking when necessary. I have taken the cover off the back camera and that gives a wonderful view of the tow bar and caravan A frame so that hitching is now a dream.

        Hi Ken,

If you read the manual that comes with the Prado it suggests using S.
