  • Firefox or Internet Explorer?

So what's your favourite browser and why?

I love Firefox, it's customizable (like my 120!), it's fast, it doesn't have bloatware, it's secure and most important of all, it's independent! (It must be the grumpy old communist in me!)

    Drew.

              What about "Both"

What about the wierd nerds that use both? I tend to switch between them pretty randomly at a whim. But find that a lot of web sites, especially the amateur ones, tend to be better viewed in IE

                So tell us Chippy

Is this because the IT geeks can't successfully adapt themselves to thinking (or believing) that we would like to work with something else that isn't manipulated by Microsoft?

I use Firefox and like the tab browsing , much simpler than IE.

In those instances where I need to view in IE it is just a matter of right clicking on page and selecting "View in I.E."

Think there is an add on that enables selection of IE from favourites (Bookmark in Firefox)

Got it in one - Microsoft is like the Dark Side of the Force - it drags all of these nerds in and then Bill Gates admits to being their father

Jeez Chippy took you a while to respond, did you have to leave work and drive home for something to do?

Nah mate - still at work.

Just had a few kids decide to mess with my day - and waste my afternoon.

BTW, I use Exploder on my PC and Safari on my Mac.
