2003 Manual Prado problem

Hi
I have a 2003 manual 4L prado that lost power when towing a camper trailor . Toyota have looked and couldnt find anything .
The car failed again a few days later with the same conditions, hot day , pulling a camper for 2hours (almost to the minute) dropped back to over take and lost power . no error codes/dash indicators ........ any ideas ..... thanks

What do you mean lost power?

Did the engine require restart? Was it a lasting power loss or momentary? Engine stutter/misfire? Overheating? Clutch issue?

Engine did not stall but foot to the floor in 2nd was only able to do about 15kph. Idled no problems and was able to rev up to 5000+ RPM in neutral but tried taking off in gear and it had no power. Engine was not overheating and clutch is good - seemed to only happen when under load...
