TP09X1 and Ozi - occasional hangs

I've set up Ozi Explorer on the TP09X1. Still trying to get my head around Ozi - but I digress...

I have found that occasionally, using Ozi, I experience a software lock-up in which Ozi becomes unresponsive. The only way I have been able to clear this condition is by pressing the reset button.

This conditions occurred with both the demo version of Ozi that came with the device, and with the fresh (registered) version which I placed on a new card, with maps. There hasn't been a single identifiable way to reproduce this problem.

Anyone experiencing this?

Haven't experienced the lock up you describe but did have some issues starting the GPS function (onroad or offroad) that Matt from Digi_Options sorted me out with a patch. Suggest best to PM Matt (search for user: DigiOptions) as I and other users have found he provides great customer service for his product.

same thing happened to me - but once I got around ozi everything has worked ok so far

occasionally loose gps signal esp first thing in the mornign but thats about it

I just got to learn how to use ozi properley to plenty of way points but want to make them point of interest so I can refr to them later and revisit when i want to
