When specifying locations please bare in mind that common garden variety GPS don't have the accuracy to be able to give co ordinates down to decimal seconds . 1 second is roughly 30 metres so giving a co ordinate down to 0.01 of a second translates to about 300 mm !
To get this sort of accuracy you need to be in the military or pay for it as surveyors do .
