Elinz In-Dash GPS Unit

I came across this thread, as I am looking at this 7" model from ELINZ,..http://www.elinz.com.au/buy/toyota-c...s-prado/toyota

Just a question on the GPS mapping,.. It comes pre loaded with POLNAV,.. but says it can be re loaded with OZIExplorer, or OG8,.. can anyone shed some light on whether these mapping options are legit,.. I guess I am used to using my Garminb Nuvi,... and don't want to be stuck with a unit, that the software/Mapping is crap/shoddy,...

Hi Jeremy,

I cant speak about POLNAV, but I have used IGO8 on WinCE and Android devices and loved it. Very easy to update maps / voice / POIs etc.

Jus10,..so the mapping software that comes with it is OK?,....and works as it should,..??
