I have a Navman MY85XLT that hasn't been used much since I got the Kakadu since it has a factory GPS with a larger screen. A couple of map updates have come out since I last updated my unit so I thought I may as well apply them. The trouble is the Navdesk software doesn't seem to be detecting the unit is connected to my PC even though the PC shows it as a drive letter, etc.
I am running Navdesk 7.50 and have tried uninstalling it and re-installing it but still no go. The original DVD is in my DVD drive, have also tried it without (pretty sure it has to be in though). I have the USB connection graphic showing on the Navman's screen.
Have I missed something?
