For anyone thinking of buying a Navigator in the next month or so, here is a heads up that Hema are releasing a new navigator in Mid-March - the HN7. Same RRP of $699 as the HN6, but has a 7" screen, and also includes "Camp Snaps" on board. Pretty much the same apart from that.

I've got the hn5i, when it's time to upgrade I'm thinking about going an in dash unit, the external one is good, but thinking about de- cluttering

I wonder when these navigators will be too big for the windscreen? I still have the trusty old HN5i and it works a treat with a $1.00 stylus as my fingers are sometimes too big for the screen, hence why people want the bigger versions, just curious to see when going big is too big then maby the use of an ipad is better again......An upgrade to the screen resoulution would be nice but not important with my current version but these start to become expensive step ups unless it offers more than just screen size and a tweek to the software? I wonder if the HN6 will be able to be upgraded to incorporate the Camp Snaps? I also wonder if its a good idead to incorporate a PLD function into these devices to make it into an all rounded off road navigation and safety accessory.
