2005 Toyota prado grande sat nav question

Hi, I'm new to this site and hope I've put this on the right thread! I am having a few issues with my sat nav unit in my 2005 Toyota prado grande. The disc we got when we bought the car 2nd hand was 2005 map. This disc stopped working and as a result so did the radio, reversing camera. The unit is practically useless now as it says on the screen " please insert map DVD" and no amount of re inserting the disc or anything seems to be working. Has anyone else had this problem and what should I do, go to a dealer, find a new disc, or get a complete new sat nav unit? I'm a little confused! Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi nikE.
I am very interested in where you got the v20 mapping disc and how much it cost you. My mapping is from 2010 and I believe that there are many thousands of new poi's and up to 15k kms of new roads to be added.
