HEMA 5i has lost Street maps

Hi all I updated my HN5i and now it won't load up Street maps. When you press the Street icon the message in the photo comes up I've pressed yes and no several times and nothing happens. HEMA want $99 just to have a look at it and as its over 2 years old I would have to purchase new igo maps to be loaded if needed. Do any of the gps gurus know how to fix this as its not worth spending a possible $200+ as the battery is stuffed but it lives in car so that doesn't worry me.
